Slow the body
Use breathing, grounding and gentle body-release tools before deciding what comes next.
Safety first
If you may not be safe, do not wait for a booked session. Use immediate support.
Some people support mental health in theory, but struggle when someone’s pain becomes inconvenient. That can make a person feel abandoned at the exact moment they need gentleness most.
Here, we want to do things differently. You do not have to pretend you are okay. You do not have to explain everything perfectly. You can begin with one sentence, one feeling, or even silence.
Pain does not make you a burden. You are a person going through something real, and you deserve to be heard with patience and dignity.
I came into it because I know what it feels like to need help and not know where it is safe to ask for it.
I survived sexual violence. Later, I survived exploitation and human trafficking. But none of that began because I was looking for danger. It began in a painfully ordinary place: I did not have stable work or a reliable way to provide for myself. I needed income, stability and a chance to keep moving forward. I trusted an opportunity because I believed it could help me build a life. Instead, it became an experience that changed the way safety, trust and even hope felt to me.
Surviving did not mean I immediately felt whole again. I could still work, answer messages, laugh with people and look fine while carrying things I did not always know how to name. I learned that getting out of a difficult experience and finding your way back to yourself are two very different journeys.
I kept returning to one question: where does someone go when they need support, but they are not ready to tell everything, cannot afford care, or do not even know what kind of help they need?
That question changed the direction of my life. I trained in mental health and became a certified mental health practitioner. Today, I work alongside two registered psychologists so that the support we offer can go beyond simply saying, “I am here to listen.”
Rexius Lited MHPSS is part of what I needed then: a first door that is free, respectful and human — a place where you do not have to prove that your pain is serious enough before somebody takes you seriously.
Our role is not to keep everyone in the same kind of conversation. We start where you are, offer support within our scope, and involve or point you toward more specialised care when that is the safer next step.

Practitioner-led MHPSS
Support can include grounding and stabilisation, psychoeducation, coping strategies, wellbeing planning, emotional processing, practical problem-solving and referral navigation — guided by a certified mental health practitioner.

We work with two registered psychologists. Where a need requires psychological assessment, therapy or another specialist pathway, support is escalated or referred appropriately, subject to availability, professional scope and local requirements.
MHPSS does not mean every conversation is therapy. It is a broader support approach. We are clear about who is supporting you, what they can offer and when a different service is needed. Emergency response, medication and psychiatric care remain outside this website's direct scope.
We are often taught to keep struggles private, to push through, or to look strong. But needing support is not weakness. It is a human need.
When emotions stay hidden for too long, they can build into anxiety, anger, exhaustion, or hopelessness.
A safe listener helps you take pain out of isolation and into a space where it can be held gently.
You can begin with “I am not okay today.” That is enough for a conversation to start.
Support can be ordinary
A call. A quiet conversation. Someone who does not rush you.
Private MHPSS support session
Free MHPSS support that can begin with listening and, when useful, move into structured psychosocial support, coping strategies, wellbeing planning or referral.
Clear boundary
Not every MHPSS session is psychotherapy or a clinical assessment. Emergency response, medication and psychiatric treatment sit outside this website's direct scope. If you may be in immediate danger, use local emergency support immediately.

The first job is to listen — not to diagnose you.
The MHPSS programme is led by a certified mental health practitioner and works with two registered psychologists. We do not blur those roles. The person supporting you should stay within their scope and involve a more appropriate professional when your needs go beyond it.
You do not need a neat story, a diagnosis or the “right” language before you can ask for support.
Support may be listening, grounding, coping work, psychoeducation, wellbeing planning or referral navigation.
Registered psychologists or other appropriate local services are involved or recommended when the need calls for a different level of care.
These tools do not replace professional help, but they can help your body and mind settle when emotions feel intense.
Not every hard moment needs a big intervention
Sometimes the next useful thing is to settle your body enough to think again.
A simple breathing rhythm for acute stress and overwhelm.
A short guided way to release stored physical tension.
Small habits can reduce pressure before it becomes too heavy.
Feeling overwhelmed, low, anxious or alone? You do not need perfect words. Our anonymous chat gives you a safe first step with trained, empathetic human listeners.
Availability varies. Checking the chat channel… Chat opens through our 3CX service when available; if the embedded chat cannot load, you will be offered WhatsApp or email instead. “Anonymous” means you do not need to identify yourself to begin, but technical service metadata may still be processed. Hope

A booked MHPSS session is not the right response to immediate danger. Contact the emergency service where you are, reach someone you trust, or go to the nearest appropriate emergency facility.
Safety before everything else
Use immediate support when the risk is immediate.
