What happens to the information you share here.
You should not have to guess what “anonymous” or “confidential” means. This page explains what the site processes when you chat, book, comment or react — and what choices you have.
Digital support leaves a technical footprint
We explain it plainly so you can decide what to share.
What we may collect
Why we use the information
Information is used only for service-related purposes such as arranging a requested session, delivering communication, operating chat, moderating community content, preventing abuse, protecting safety, maintaining the service and responding to legitimate requests.
Please avoid placing unnecessary highly sensitive detail in the booking form. You can share more during the human conversation if and when you feel comfortable.
Third-party services
The support experience uses external technology services. This means some information may be processed outside the Rexius website itself.
3CX
Used for embedded human chat where available.
Google Calendar / Meet
Used to send booked-session invitations and online meeting details.
Available as a fallback contact route when embedded chat is unavailable.
Used for support contact, booking communication, concerns and privacy requests.
Pexels photography
Public-facing photography is loaded from Pexels' image servers. The site suppresses referrer information on these image requests where supported, but the image provider may still receive ordinary connection metadata such as an IP address.
Confidentiality and its limits
We treat support conversations as confidential and aim to limit access to people who need it for legitimate service, safety, moderation or technical purposes. Confidentiality may have limits where disclosure is necessary to respond to a serious and immediate risk to life or safety, to comply with applicable law or a lawful order, or to investigate a serious safeguarding concern.
Retention and security
We aim to keep identifiable information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate safeguarding or operational needs, and any applicable legal obligations. Technical and organisational safeguards should be reviewed as the service grows.
The site uses server-side validation, CSRF protection for bookings, role-based controls in the administration environment and privacy-preserving hashes for some community functions. No website can promise zero risk, so we also minimise what we ask you to submit.
Your data-protection choices
Kenya’s Data Protection Act provides rights including being informed about use of personal data, access, objection, correction and deletion in applicable circumstances. To make a request, email us using the button below and describe what you need. We may need enough information to verify the request without collecting unnecessary additional data.
