If something feels wrong, you can say so.
You can report a concern about a support team member, session, comment, privacy issue, boundary violation, harmful advice, harassment or any other conduct that made the space feel unsafe.
Immediate danger?
Do not wait for the complaints process. Use the urgent-help options, contact an appropriate emergency service, or seek immediate in-person help.
Listener conduct
Inappropriate language, pressure, discrimination, sexual or financial boundary violations, threats, manipulation or unsafe advice.
Privacy & confidentiality
Unexpected disclosure, misuse of contact information, concern about records, or anything that appears inconsistent with our privacy notice.
Community content
Unsafe comments, harassment, encouragement of harm, identifiable private information or content that should not remain public.
Being vulnerable should not make you easier to exploit
Support must still have boundaries, accountability and a way to report harm.
You can report
Unsafe conduct, privacy concerns, harassment, harmful advice or anything that made the space feel unsafe.
Tell us what happened in the way that feels safest.
Email support@rexiuslited.co.ke with the subject “Safeguarding Concern” or “Complaint”. You may use a nickname. Include only the information needed to understand the concern, such as the date, service used and what happened.
A concern about a particular person should not be reviewed solely by that same person. It should be escalated internally for an independent review appropriate to the seriousness of the issue.
What we expect after a report
Acknowledge
Confirm that the concern has reached the appropriate internal contact.
Protect
Take proportionate steps to reduce immediate risk while the concern is reviewed.
Review
Assess available information fairly and avoid unnecessary circulation of sensitive details.
Respond
Where appropriate, explain the outcome or next step while respecting the privacy of everyone involved.
